Neighbourhood Policing Speech

Community safety starts with visible policing. Last week in Parliament, I highlighted the importance of reopening local police facilities, like the new community policing hub in Woodford, which will serve South Woodford and Wanstead, and the role it plays in tackling crime. 

Trust in our police grows when they’re part of our neighbourhoods, engaging with local people and acting on their concerns.
