Defence Select Committee: Low Pay

In this week’s Defence Select Committee session, I highlighted how 14 years of low pay has hurt military retention & poses a risk to our defence capabilities.

Fortunately, this government has delivered the largest pay rise to our Armed Forces in over 20 years.
